Distal femur communicated fracture
Sir I m posting my latest x ray after resurgery of distal femur communicated fracturewith bone grafting 3 month passed my knee bending is 95 degree I got 90 degree bending in resurgery can I increase bending plz suggest me sir

Post a clear x ray please. Also If the fracture is comminuted..That means there should be lots of soft tissue injury as well which leads to stiffness apart from surgery.. Knee rom exercises should be encouraged for stiffness..Then the range can be better
