Distal femur communicated. Fracture
Sir I m posting my x ray after resurgery of distal femur communicated fracture with bone grafting. In first my knee was stiff in resurgery I got 90 degree bending sir can I increase this bending sir what about my bone union plz suggest me

Better to consult your operating surgeon first . He will be knowing your case better . You need mobilization / knee movements for sure but about stability of fixation only operating surgeon can comment . What about your limb length and knee alignment

Revision surgery usually increases stiffness. The knee movements can be increased by aggressive physio but that depends on the fracture union. Needs clinical examination to know about the range and union.
