Does honey induces heat production ?
I am a newly married women and am trying to get conceive is it good to avoid honey as i drink a cup of green tea with honey in morning in the empty stomach so mil is insisting me that honey and green tea is heat productant avoid thats y u are getting ur periods soon each month.can anyone plz tell me whether i should avoid honey or else can i include it in my diet?
