Does this look like erythroplakia
I have this red patches for more than one year now. It's painful. No bleeding when I brush the tongue. But feel very painful and sore. It burns and throat also burns. Does this look something serious? I have this patches on both the sides same spot. Both sides have same red patches. Is that normal or something serious? Included pictures for both sides of the tongue.  Both sides I see the redness. It's the same size for an year now. How is this treated . It didn't go away even after an year.

It doesn't look like erythroplakia however proper diagnosis can be made only after thorough examination and clinical history. I also see a white lesion on one side of your tongue. You must consult an Oral Medicine expert for this.
