Please consult your family physician at the earliest. Your present condition, including the disturbance in mental health, could be because of some underlying physical health conditions. If your family physician prescribes any medicines, please follow the dosage properly. If she / he suggests any mental health assessment, do consult a psychologist or psychiatrist.

It sounds like you're struggling with a lack of appetite, which can be distressing. Therapy can provide you with strategies to address the underlying issues contributing to your reduced appetite and help you develop a healthier relationship with food. In the meantime, try to focus on small, nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day, even if you don't feel like eating much. If you're open to it, reaching out to Mind Sculpt for affordable online sessions could be a great step toward getting the support you need.

Hi, It's important to address both the physical and emotional aspects of not feeling like eating. Start by consulting a General Physician to rule out any underlying medical conditions. On the emotional side, try to identify the thoughts and feelings that are affecting your appetite. It can help to keep a food diary, noting not only what you eat but also how you feel before and after eating. Begin with small, frequent meals that are easy to digest and appealing to you. Incorporate a variety of nutrient-dense foods to gradually build your appetite. Additionally, consider talking to a psychologist to address any mental health issues that might be contributing to your lack of appetite. Support from friends and family can also be valuable during this time.
