Need consultation for D Rise 60K vitamin D dosage as preventive for defiency of vitamin due to indoor working almost no exposure to sunlight due to lockdown due to covid crisis.
I am fairly healthy male with following other details:
1. Age - 40 yrs
2. Height - 5 feet 8 inches
3. Diet - Primary vegetarian with non-veg diet for couple of days in a week.
4. Health Issues - None
Will 1 tablet in 2 weeks for 2-3 months is advisable?

The most effective way to increase the vitamin D level is to get sunlight in the morning hours (between 8am to 11am). Only 15 minutes exposure with bare minimum clothes will be most effective. 2-3 times a week will is sufficient.
For diet, you have eggs (egg yolks), soyamilk, mushrooms, fish (Tuna, Salamon). Feel free to consult me if have further queries :)
