Does dry eyes gives headache? I'm having headache and dizziness recently, no power, but have dry eyes. I'm not feeling hungry, no other symptoms, feeling fatigue at times

Use Carboxymethylcellulose eye drops for dry eye 1 drop on both eyes 4 times a day for a month .
Headache and dizziness could be of ENT cause too you need proper evaluation.
Consult for proper management and treatment .
Refractive errors in the eye could be a cause of headache.
Hypertension can be responsible for headache, dizziness and fatgue.
The cause of dryness in eye also needs to be evaluated.
