Hello I have muffled hearing like my ears are full or clogged ringing in ear and some soreness sometimes when I try and pop it sounds like crackling and dr said try decongestant but did nothin What should I do

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use decongestant medicines along with valsalva maneuver for quick recovery
