Actually today I clean my ear but unfortunately some cotton left in my ear how can I remove the cotton please help me sir any medicine available for it

If cotton is left inside the ear canal then it needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. Otherwise it can be source of infection. How can medicines remove foreign body left inside ear?
