Ear problems
My husband is feeling some hissing or popping sound from his ears frequently for the last 6 years..what would be the problem?how could it be controlled?we had seen so many doctors but there is no remedy..pls give me any suggestions..

He seems to be suffering from tinnitus. There are many causes for tinnitus such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, tumors etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for his problem. Many times medicines may not be very beneficial and hearing aids with tinnitus maskers may be necessary
