Early morning hungriness
Sir/ma'am, Iam a student who regularly wake up by 5.30 in the morning. Within an hour of getting up, my tummy is started burning. I need something to eat. A cup of milk couldn't control my hunger. Is it okay to get instant oats in the morning or what else kinda diet can I take in the early morning. Remarks : I'm 65kg and 170cm height. My sugar level is normal.
