Hi, eating raw eggs in milk are very good source of proteins , but has side effects ... raw egg sometimes is contaminated with salmonella bacteria n can lead to infection n Deseases.It leads to defeciency of biotin n lastly only 50% of proteins are bioavailabile in raw eggs I.e only half of the total proteins can be absorbed by our body.
