Eating Low GI foods spoils sleep
Eating Low GI foods spoils sleep I have been trying to include some foods rich in fiber like cauliflower, cucumber to my meals. The time taken to digest these foods are high as they are low in GI. If these foods are taken along with any morning or evening meal, this delays the dinner time. Hence, sleep is getting spoiled. How to balance this? Who can answer?

Hai, Good noon, Once your Dinner gets delayed your sleep pattern may change, hence your sleep may get disturbed. This will make your day dull and it will lead to many other problems.
Next Steps
Have these kind of veggies during lunch. At morning hours can have sprouts salad, that also rich in fibre, protein.

To get better sleep, eat dinner 2 hours before your bed time. If you want to have milk, consume it on or before 9pm. Hi Cabbage and cucumber takes time to digest because of fibre content not because of low GI . Why you want to cut of cereals from dinner . Thiamine is a neuro protective vitamin and it’s mostly found in wheat . If you have sleep issues , try to add 1 roti in dinner and make dinner timings bit early .

Gud evening pls kindly share with me your detail diet pattern with other lifestyle routine like exercise doing or not, sleeping pattern, stress is there or not, water intake less or more pls soon. If u r not getting sleep tht occurs due to so many other reasons too not only limited to diet only, so pls share everything.
