Eating Nuts in daily diet
Hi, I have few queries regarding my kid's diet - - to what extent is it safe to give nuts (including dry fruits) on daily basis. - Can it be given even in cold/cough? - Are all kind of nuts same in nutrition essentially? - Do they add value if soaked in water for the whole night? My kid is 3.5 years old weighing approx 14 kg.. It would be great if you could provide some link where I could read for better clarity as well..

Hello.. Well nuts are rich in nutrients and proteins too..each nut has specific nutritional importance and value...yes if the nut is sprouted then the protein content of it increases...yes you can give in cold and cough but then he should be in a position to eat it up..you can see about the nutritive value of jeach nut. Or meet a nutritionist.. Thank you
