Eating problem
Hello, I've currently been dealing with a eating issue. I use to not eat at all and basically starve my body. Although for the past few weeks I have been getting on a routine and eating much more than before but I still never gain any weight. I am 16 years old , my height is 5'0 and I weigh 89lbs. So my question is how can I gain weight? And what would be my perfect weight goal. Because I want to start working out so I can build curves. I am very thin and I do not like it.
