Kindly get her vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels checked once. Deficiency of certain vitamins will lead to eruption of ulcers. She needs a diet which doesn't heat her body and has a reasonable amount of fiber.Once you check the above vitamin levels you can connect personally online with the reports. Will guide you further on the multivitamin if need be.

As she has ulcer, can give soft diet. For reparing she need more protien and calcium also required for bones. Cereal milk combination is suggsted according to situation. Dal and rice should be blended due to ulcer. Soup is suggested instead of veggies.

First thing is to add good quality protein in all Her meals so that will help ulcers to heal faster. You can give her centrum multivitamin or Nutrilite (Amway) . If you want a well planned and nutritionally calculated diet plan, it would be better if you can visit me with her medical files. As personalised opinion will give you better benefits
