I am trying to loose weight but having tough time with it. I am planning to buy exercise cycle now but have heard that it creates ovaries problem for female. I am planning pregnancy soon so want to know whether it will have any impact if I use exercise cycle daily.
Can some one please help me on it?

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
