  4. Extreme pain at the back side of ankle.

Extreme pain at the back side of ankle
Problem in ankle. When I woke up in the morning, was unable to put right foot on the ground. No injury, nothing. Till last night all was ok. Attaching pic of the back side of the foot as well. A particular spot, size of a 2rs. coin has gone red and I am unable to even make a feather touch on the spot since it is paining a lot. please advice and guide me.
