Eyes pain after looking at mobile screen
I have severe eye pain with sudden headache after looking at mobile screen for even 2 min. Same problem when  looking at laptop screen. Pain mostly in right eye and dryness, warmness.

You seem to be a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome If it's your profession then you will need to follow some precautions alongwith treatment. Otherwise if you are using it for time pass then i will suggest you to restrict the use of mobile and laptop. You can do cold compresses by ice and don't sit facing the ac and put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids As of now you can take tab crocin 500 for pain as and when needed Or Initiate online consultation with anybody

Start cold compresses. Use breaks in between. Wear correct power glasses while using screen Start refresh tears eye drops 4 times per day. If not better show to an eye doctor.
