Fear of loud sound
Once, I was in bathroom and suddenly I heard a sound of firecrackers and got very panicy. Heart beat started pounding, pins and needles started in head , body felt numb, felt that I would die. Rushed to the GP & he said nothing but anxiety. For some days after this event, I developed fear of any sound like glass dropping, shouting, bike sound but by self control I have recovered these all. But but but... I still have the fear of firecrackers and loud DJ sounds. I feel like it would hurt my heart and I will die. Whenever I hear loud sound of DJ bass like boom boom sound & loud firecrackers sound, I got very panicy & my head starts feeling heavy & eyes got blurred. Please help.

Hi It looks like you have extreme fear of loud sounds. You can consult a psychiatrist and explain about your situation. It will be good if you can consult a psychologist as well who will determine what is causing you to have fear of loud sounds. Do not worry with counseling sessions you can gradually work on overcoming your fear.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and psychologist.

Heyyy, I understand how difficult it is for you to deal with this problem. I have a few things you can reflect upon: 1. Were you fearful of loud voices in your childhood? 2. Do you have any episodes/ situations form your childhood or early days when you were growing up where you heard loud voices ( family fighting in high tone, or anything sort of this)? Take your time to reflect on these. If the answer is yes, we need to understand the trigger which comes from your past experiences If the answers to these questions are no, there is an unknown trigger that is associated with loud voices which needs to be explored and Therapy can help you here. A combination of Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy works the best in these case. You can connect with me to know more!
Next Steps
Take 7 deep breath every-time you feel anxious in such situations and try to focus on your breath in such situ

Hi... To get rid of this particular fear you can undergo a therapeutic technique called 'Systematic Desensitisation'. But let me tell you it takes time and their are no quick fixes in Therapy. Apart from this, you can take Counselling Sessions and it will also reduce your panic attacks and anxiety. As the root of such issues are more psychosocial in nature.
Next Steps
Seek professional help.
