Feeling Exhausted over a short duration
My wife undergone delivery via C-SECTION. She was feeling very much normal within 2 months post pregnancy but recently she was feeling more tired and weak for small kind of works. 2 months back we have taken blood test mainly to check haemoglobin level. As per report haemoglobin levels were absolutely normal but they pointed out Vitamin D deficiency for which the physician suggested UPRISE 60000 international unit. But after taking that she was getting heavy mouth ulsers. So is there any other medication that can help to recover from her deficiency. She is a vegetarian and she is having allergy to Eggs as well.

Vit d come from sun through skin let her take early morning walk with rising sun this will help her to get vit d . This deficiency is very common among all people all over the world . And more so to vegetarians. Consult a nutritionist have diet charting for her . Her tiredness could also be due to disturbed sleep patterns because of baby and added work to take care of baby and house hold work to so try to help her whenever possible
