Recently quit my job from KSA. I have only one plan ahead studies to NZ and work and live there.
If this doesn't work I'm contemplating suicide. I cant cope with the stress with the general going about things. Do i need help from a psychiatrist?

in your case if you feel suicidal thoughts then you should urgently consult to psychiatrist.
.you should start medication... counselling required afterwards.
