Fever gets intense at night time. Day time little better. What should I do as immediate remedy. Please suggest. There is no paediatric specialist available near me

Need more details to help. If possible initiate a direct consult.. Give fever medicine according to weight of child. Monitor for fever... and if any other symptoms other than fever  pls visit doctor for assessment
