You most probably have viral fever. There is nothing to worry. Cough and cold can be controlled with gargling warm salt water and steam inhalation

1)Tablet DOLO 500mg thrice daily after food
2)Tablet LEVOCET 5mg at bed time
3)Capsule OMEE20mg once daily at morning before food
4)Capsule BECOSULES Once daily
Mouth ulcers can be relieved by saline gargling or gargling chlorhexidine mouth wash
