Fever and the headache
The 10 year child is suffering from fever and the faver after crocin the fever was 102 and no cough and headache and sometimes the stomach ache

I would suggest to continue Crocin in proper dose every 5 hourly if fever persists and get Covid test done after 3 days of fever. Meanwhile let the child remain indoor with AC or cooler on. Plenty of oral fluids.
