I am suffering from viral from last week and I have done the CBC test which shows my ESR level is 24. I am 20 yes old and I am taking medicines from last week. How much dangerous is that....?

not at all dangerous if u rest, take the medication properly and on time and have 4-5 litres of water and have easily digestable food on time. esr is because of the infection which will come down slowly
