Filling or RCT
One dr said go for direct filling... Other said  wait n get RCT only when pain starts as filling may cause pain to start... Right now no pain. X ray attached

Hello You can go for Dental filling. If there is pain, then root canal treatment will be suggested.

Hi. One or the other day it will progress towards pulp. Don't wait for pain to come. U can try with filing initially, if any symptoms of pain or discomfort u can go for RCT.

Me personally I’d advice in saving the vitality of the teeth by going for Indirect Pulp Capping after caries removal and then with a direct composite restoration. It’s worth the wait and money

Hello, I would suggest go for Root Canal treatment followed by crown as it will be sure shot treatment for your problem. Why wait for pain and infection, right?

Filling is close to the nerve After excavation of the caries its better to go RCT treatment rather than filling. Dental Galaxy , Pune

Hi, It is advisable to get a root canal treatment done. No need to wait for the pain to start. You can try and get a filling done, but you may or may not develop pain after filling is done.
