Food Allergy| Sores in mouth
It looks like that I have been suffering from some food allergy. Ulcers / sore mouth is a continuous problem. I am not sure if that is due to some allergy or else.

Ulcers and sore throat are not only due to allergy. Some bacterial infection seems to be there. Also you would need antibiotocs, antioxidant and some bcomplex multivitamins. Also if possible send me a go-to to make the exact diagnosis. Any bad taste in mouth ?
