Hi everyone , I am having stomach infection so physician told me not to eat food containing spices ( masala) and try to eat only sweet items. Can anyone suggest me what can i eat apart from daliya. Also, i hate sweet food items.

In case of stomach infections, it is important to avoid spicy food, but you can opt for bland foods by only adding a bit salt in it.
You can include oats, upma, different types of porridges, vegetable soups and juices in your diet.

No spices is the main instruction.
So you can have vegetable soups, curd, buttermilk, boiled sprouts , daliya khichdi, dal rice , curd rice etc
