Hello Include sago, almonds, garlic in the diet as it helps in breast milk production Avoid gas forming foods like cabbage, cauliflower Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration Have adequate protein Avoid highly calorie dense foods Eat foods in small meals at regular intervals
