Hi Doctor, from September 2018 I am gaining my weight from 73 to now its reach to 82 ofcourse outside food is cause of these. But felt very tired and don't to do any physical activity. How I can come up from these? Any diet would you suggest? I wanted to meet you personally so I can discuss more with you.

Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes. Have a fibre rich diet. Drink plenty of water everyday, have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. Exercise regularly. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
