Frozen shoulder right arm
Facing problem of frozen shoulder right arm for the last 2 months or so. Movement of arm is 140, 140, 30 and 15 degree only against 180 & 90 degrees. Please advise the line of treatment

To increase your shoulder range of motion , you need to perform some stretchings , shoulder mobilization and also range of motion exercises prescribed by physiotherapist... Get it treated timely..

You will have to do prescribed mobility, stretching and strengthening exercises to get fully recovered from your condition. It is going to take couple of weeks to recover from this episode.
