Well I’m all these conditions the commonality is that they have an inflammation in the digestive tract, duodenum or oesophagus hence anything too hot or too cold in temperature , too spicy or too hot in chilli n oil needs to be avoided as they are super cause if increasing inflammation & acidity

You can easily have bananas, cabbage and mixed berries as they are alkaline in nature
Health Tips
But any fruit too acidic like lime juice or citrus fruits must be eaten moderately as they might inflame or flare up the inflammation on these body parts

Healthy evening, Foods eat in B vitamins, calcium, such as almonds, beans, whole grains ( if no allergies) , dark green leafy, sea vegetables. Avoid refined foods, white bread , pasta , sugar. Eat lean meat, tofu ( if no allergies) or beans for protein. Do not eat foods that cause irritation. Such as oranges and salsa can cause burning or pain Add fruits ( no citrus) , vegetables, low fat dairy, beans, whole grains bread, lean meat fish etc.
