I would like to know, when I get up after sitting for a while, my vision gets blurry. It feels like I could faint. Also I’m 14, and I started my diet around July 5th. I weighed 245.6. Now I weigh 203.6 as of yesterday. I didn’t starve myself or do any extreme diet, but I limited snacking and bad things I was eating with better options. I would say I eat 2,000 calories per day. Am I losing too much weight to fast?
