Let not the USG findings guide you to mental stress and trauma. Almost every woman in India has gastritis due to poor eating habits and irregular fasting. Don’t get concerned. Consult for a detailed diet. What to do and what not to do. Just, like I say to my mother, saying the same to you, “If you don’t take care of yourself, who will take care of us? You need to live longer for us only, if not for yourself!” So, please eat something! Whenever you feel hungry, don’t kill it with tea or biscuit or water. Eat a roti, eat some fruits. If nothing is there, just drink half glass of skimmed milk.
Next Steps
You should consult for what to eat and what not to eat. When to eat and when not to eat. How to fast. How not to fast.
Health Tips
You are a mother. Act like a responsible one. A responsible person takes care of him/herself first.

To help manage gastritis, adopt a soothing diet rich in alkaline foods, easy-to-digest proteins, and healthy fats from foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, ginger, yogurt, lean meats, and steamed vegetables, while avoiding spicy, acidic, and fatty foods that can irritate the stomach lining.
