Take 1 glass of water with 1 tsp chia seeds ( if you want you can 1 tsp psyllium husk) soaked for a 30 minutes and drink it. It’s better, if you have 20 minutes before your meal. Drink more water keep your body hydrated have atleast 3-4 litres water in a day. Increase roughage in your diet. For more detail consult me directly on Practo.

Take 1 glass of water put 2 teaspoon chia seeds soak it for 20 to 15 min better to take before 30 min lunch or dinner. But with this you need to take diet also for IBS.
