Glutes Hamstring pull
I was doing snatch lifting and I pulled my right hip muscles. I had severe pain in glutes and hamstring. I walked a little bit and the pain subsided drastically. I now feel a stretch there but not any severe pain. Should I worry?

Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch

Not to worry. If there is any pain on pressing there, take Acemiz MR 1 tab twice a day with meals for 5 days , apply ice & do gentle stretch of the muscle
