Grade 1 fatty live and more
I have been diagnosed with juvinile idiopathic arthritis in 2022 when my knee swelling increased with time after 10 years of mild one knee issue. 6 months back in health checkup I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver and some irregularity ecotexture in surface but mild. But not treated and right now I am on adalimumab from 3 months , monthly twice . And same grade1 fatty liver and irregularity in surface . Psoriatic arthritis it may be but not sured once indicated but symptoms on and off of skins so unsured it is. Should I worry about liver issues now? Attaching one photo

Hello There are multiple factors leading to fatty liver. Generally Grade 1 fatty liver is not worrysome but there are strict measures to be taken to prevent it's progression depending on your various factors. Also need your detailed history and reports.
