Grade 2 posterior horn meniscus tear
Hlo sir.. I had an accident with bike n there were no x ray findings n after that now with some jerk I have been feeling laagging down my knee , swelling and pain and I have done my left knee MRI and it finds grade 2 posterior horn medial meniscal tear and hperintensity of all ligaments and effusion..so please guide me now what should I done..

You need to visit an orthopaedic as you are complaining of swelling, pain and lagging of knee
