My son is doing green poop from last one week continuously and he is also having cough issues. Is there any remedy

Hi..Green coloured stools can to due to various reasons ..any diet including green leafy vegetables or cowmilk allergy can cause and increased frequency of stools due to any viral/bacterial infection are the most common reasons
Check for child hydration status...if looks dehydrated kindly consult local paediatrician
Occasional cough doesn't need any medications if cough is troublesome consult paediatrician
