Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hello. For your height, you are at your ideal body weight. If you wanna build your body you can always try doing exercises that involves weight training, that will increase your lean body mass and also your body shape, Increase your intake of 1st class proteins that will be help you in building the lean muscles. Drink plenty of water.
