Having Bleeding in the Scrotum

Hi, I'm having some red flat boils in the scrotum for a really long time. As they didn't cause any issue, never bothered to show any doc. Recently, they have started to itch and they the out of not reason they break away from the skin and bleed. Tz really tough to stop the bleeding. Any help or guidance what kind of doctor should i go and and advi
