For a second opinion you should visit a Dermatologist or a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. From your description of "a boil in the private area" , nothing is clear.

It's good that you've already taken antibiotics, but recurring boils in the private area might indicate an underlying issue, such as a recurrent bacterial infection (commonly Staphylococcus), ingrown hairs, or even a chronic condition like hidradenitis suppurativa. To reduce recurrence, ensure you maintain proper hygiene, wear loose-fitting clothes to minimize friction, and avoid shaving the area if irritation is present. Using an antiseptic wash might also help prevent further infection. However, persistent or recurring boils may require further evaluation to rule out any underlying immune or dermatological conditions. It might also be necessary to perform a culture to identify the exact pathogen causing the recurrence and guide targeted antibiotic treatment. Please feel free to reach out for further evaluation and tailored treatment. You can consult me directly for a detailed history and personalized advice. For quicker communication, you can WhatsApp me at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. ---
