Head injury
My son is 4 years old.One week ago his  back head collided with wall.After that a little bump swelled but after giving ice pack and pain killer medicine it was cured.Pain also cured.But after 3 days a acne type infection happen on his head same place where the injury happened.Today I see another bump on his head little distance from the injury place.Please guide me what is this and what is the next step?I attached his head image please see and help me.

Greetings it's a hair follicles infection wash head at regularly, use t bact oilntment for local application three times a day

It looks like local infection. Apply topical antibiotic cream after cleaning
