Head of the penis is not coming out full
When my penis erects my dickhead doesn't come out completely and it pains if I try to get it out
I'm 18 years old and I think this shouldn't happen so is it a big problem?

It is not a big problem but a very common problem. It is called as phimosis. All you need to do is visit a surgeon and he'll tell you what needs to be done. Few excercises and cream if it helps or else he'll suggest surgery. A surgeon would be the best to comment on this.
