Whenever I got very angry but if I am not able to show my anger to someone then I started harming myself.I injured my head by striking it on walls though I felt pain afterwards but still I am not able to stop it am I getting mad or what does it indicates plz help me

No you are not mad but you need to identify triggers and learn to manage your anger because this is not healthy for you

Such things exhibit when things does go in your favor.
