I have too much health anxiety.. i never watch my body so closely.. but after the anxiety enters my life.. i watch so carefully that a single lump feels like cancerous to me.. i cant sleep.. i always all the time search on google about my symptoms and convience that i have cancer.. i become mentally weak.. i cant focus on my studies.. a small symptomps happen and i become so panick that i literally crying.. please suggest me something.. other wise i will become a mad
