1. Makarprash 1 tsp in morning at empty stomach and take ur braekfast after 40 to 45 min after taking chawanprash...if u find it is costly u may take chawanprash but makarprash is better than plain chawanprash..

but avoid to use hot water above the neck...over head always use normal tap water....

If u are having good diet and have a walk daily you may not need medicine except there is deficiency. Check with Vit B12 & DE. And if deficient then take medicine for it
For digestion antacid syrup after dinner before sleep.. And multivitamins syrup also helpfull for body organs.. Follow proper diat chart... And do exercise.. Thank you
