Hi
Please suggest me some healthy food for dinner.Which can help me in weight loss.I eat non veg also and currently Iam under medication for thyroid.I am taking levothyroxine 50mg.

Hello, Always ensure that the dinner is very light and includes more of low calorie foods such as boiled vegetables, fruits or a cup of milk/curd. Ensure you eat good breakfast and lunch but reduce intake or carbohydrates after 6pm. Mix veg soups, boiled vegs topped with olive oil and pepper can be good options.
Next Steps
Have a complex carbohydrate-protein based breakfast and lunch such as multigrain roti, multigrain dosa, oats kichdi etc and include 2 cups of fruits and a handful of nuts as snack. This will cut down your evening hunger. Stick to boiled vegs for dinner.
