Heavy period
I am anemic as a result of my heavy periods. I had an ultrasound and no fibroids or ovarian or endometrial abnormalities were found. I had a 10mm thick endometrium in the secretory phase. What do you think is the cause and what should my doctor be doing to manage this?

Believe in your doctor u need to discuss this further in details and take a course of pills for same also u must check all harmonal profile for any abnormalities..
